Which camera angle is better?

The Chinese Trials angle is better, especially for right-handed players. Closer is better for fine detail. Lower is better for shot trajectory. Off to the side is better for seeing at least part of the front side of the near player, as well as for a better sense of in and out player movement.

I like the Chinese Trials version too but they should move the camera when left handed players are on the near side so there is still a clear view.
I like other views too like from the top but then it is hard to get a wide enough field of view. The same goes for looking at 90 degrees from the table across the net. The last two ideas will probably not work after the first few hits but the cameras can be synchronized so switch between them is easy.

Also, the other cameras can be used for instant replays.

Chinese trials all day!! As BB mentions cameras at opposite side position to suit LH players and maybe a couple with different angles to mix it up!!
