Bad advise. There are TT-shops on Ali that have never seen a rubber or held a blade in their hand.
The least one has to do is check how much business they have done and the percentage of satisfied clients. If it is not in the high 90s I will not deal with them.
Otherwise i can second the list as featured in #2

I ordered many times without looking how much business they have done and percentage satisfied clients. Never had any problem.
