Why does Sanwei 75 Inner Carbon feel slow?

A lot of people here seem to really like it, but I played with it for a few sessions and wasn't in love. (Here's some love for it: https://www.tabletennisdaily.com/forum/topics/sanwei-75-inner-carbon-is-a-great-blade.34041/)

I use a Joola Tezzo Guardian. With Fastarc G1/C1.
And I have the same rubbers on the Sanwei.
But I found it to be very slow. In some ways as I think my pushes were going lower and shorter. But felt like I was missing something in attack.

Why would a Tezzo Guardian (all wood) feel faster than the Sanwei? Is it faster? Or with less effort is it faster?
And why do people like it so much as my experience with it wasn't great.

To me, it feels just about as fast as possible while maintaining feel and flex

Sanwei inner 75 is not a speed monster, almost an Allround blade.
It’s rigid but with soft feeling.
its feeling remember me the Primorac wood feeling but with a double speed.

Mine inner 75 ALC has frequency 1430 hz and a balance of 3,7 cm from low.
Plate 157 X 150 mm, thickness almost 6 mm, weight 92 gr.
Sound ball:

Wasn't expecting it to be a speed monster. But this should be faster than a Tezzo Guardian?
I wonder if it's because the inner carbon has less impact on many of the shots, and the feel of the outer wood, Limba (Guardian) vs Koto (75), is why it feels slow.
