Hello guys! I returned to table tennis last week, and I have a doubt about which side to use to serve/defend/attack. (I'm not 100% a beginner, but I need to improve my technique)

I use a shakehand grip. I like to attack with a forehand with a lot of loop, and more defense than attacking with the backhand. I like to use serves with a lot of effect. (I bought a DHS 4002 with Hurricane 3 and G888 rubber for pratice )

Please help me. Thank you for your help! :)

Note: Just to be clear, I've never taken part in table tennis clubs or anything like that. I've only had my table at home for many years, but I've always played for short periods, and now I want to leave the table permanently set up to perfect my game.

Personally I would be using the 888 for BH in that combo but there is no rule for what to use so you should try them both on each side and decide what works best for yourself. You may find that the more 'dead' H3 suits your BH defending, impossible to tell.
How do you like to use it currently?
