Based on what I have read,
E2: Probably has Hinoki top plies (medial plies are Spruce)
E4: Certainly has White (or other subspecies) Ash wood - certain product photos suggest Koto as medial plies, so it is not entirely like Nittaku Violin, but still similar
E5: Somewhere I have seen it has Anigre top ply, but I am not entirely sure - no info about medial plies.

Thank you, is there any famous or popular blade that has Anigre top ply?

I don't know, how famous they are, but I know two other blades:
Yasaka Sweden Extra - 5 ply rated at All+, 5.8mm thickness
DHS Power G8 (PG8) - 5 ply also rated at All+ (maybe almost Off-), 6.0mm thickness, thicker medial plies

Both are easily available for a budget price, when searched at the right shop.

You cannot find E4 anywhere. Closest blade to Violin I found is VICTAS Euro Feeling Off- that I have on my second bat and I like it a lot. For Anigre I have Yasaka Sweden Extra that I use on my first setup, it's an awesome blade, my coach was surprised of how good this is for the price. I like it a lot, only downside is the small sweet spot. I don't regret the small sweet spot because it pushes me to hit the ball properly and in the right spot. However if you use it outside training a small sweet spot isn't great.
