wang hao's style has weaker rallying, but very strong over-the-table looping, so he will often have the first attack opportunity. notice in games where wang hao plays ma long for instance, wang hao will often be the first to attack, but ma long's counterloop is so strong that he can come back and win the point. maze's counterloop is much weaker and he doesn't use it often.
