Played a couple of matches with the rubber. It is, in my opinion, an improvement over tenergy 05. How much of an improvement is certainly subjective. The spin is definitely more, I found there was better 'put away' power and rotation when you engage with spin/speed. The downside for me personally was blocking, but that may be simply because I did not have enough time to really adjust and tell if it is definitely worse. Serves, opening topspins and put away loops felt great, the grip was first class, and in all, I dont regret the money spent on it. I for one will be using this over Tenergy 05 going forward. One small tip - if you used to boost 05 - go easy on boosting Dignics 05 - as it is just feels softer imo.

Having used Tenergy 05 for longer than I can remember, I have now gotten rid of my last stock of Tenergy 05s. Took me 3 weeks, matches, training, etc to be 100% certain - and yes, I can say MXP is it.
Serves, service receive, short game, blocking, is definitely 10 -15% better (in my opinion). In a tight match situation, the grip you get on flicks, the short touch (when required) and control in a high tempo, high spin rally, is just beyond belief.
I am not sure about those claiming tenergy has more spin - but in my view, with my particular technique, the spin I generate on both wings, combined with the speed/penetration that MXP provides, is certainly more than T05. This was confirmed by my opponents, and training partners, who described MXP as a spin beast/monster.
Its not so much about the money, (although it matters of course) but the quality of this rubber, if Tibhar dont drop their standards, means I will never buy a Tenergy again. If I was good enough to have been sponsored by Butterfly, I would probably be ditching them, and reaching out to Tibhar for a sponsorship deal right now :)

Great blade - really great speed - without losing control, a delight to play, topspin and block with. Short play is very good, when you get used to it, can be a bit bouncy if you are not used to it.
Great power for an all wood blade, generates good spin, decent dwell time. Creates good arc for topspin play. Downside is its weight - too heavy with rubbers like tenergy or even Bluefires.

The fact that almost every single Non Butterfly sponsored pro - (think of anyone you like) sponsored by other Manufacturers refuse to use anything other than Tenergy says it all.

This blade is awesome - fantastic speed and feeling, with corresponding control. Fitted with T05's this blade creates the arc required to load the ball with as much spin as your technique allows. Blocking is solid, consistent and precise & accurate.
The feeling is impressive - the 'putaway' power in the blade is better than the Viscarias imho. All round an awesome blade - good enough for some pros I know personally to switch and use it. One of them switched after trying mine - just for a bit of fun - and ended up using it till the end of his training session and went out and got himself a few (chosen/selected) for use. Works brilliantly with the new ball - gives that extra bit of power without losing control.
