As I've stated, it's the best balls made of plastic that I've tried yet, as for the ones that is not meant for competition.
The ball is not too expensive, it's not easy to break for a plastic ball and the best part: it's almost like the balls we use in competition!

The problem of plastic balls have been inconsitent quality. This one is all the same no matter what ball you play, all the balls of this type acts the same. I got a test pack from Butterfly to try, and it just fitted perfect into what I want in a practice ball. No more buying three star balls for practice all around, now I can save practicing with the easy breaking three star balls until close up to competition.

Job well done Butterfly!

The Stiga Optimum 40+ is not a really bad ball now, or at least not as bad as when it first came out! The first 4-5 batches (of 72 balls) were absolute rubbish, you could break the ball by blocking, and most of the boxes had like 3-4 really good balls (out of 72 balls!!)

Nowadays they are getting better and better and some of the balls even lasts for two weeks before they break! The speed, or the lack of it, is not easy to adjust to, but okay when you're used to it. The spin ain't that bad, but it's definitively harder to spin good..

Unfortunatly this is the ball we use in ALL the tournaments in Norway, from nationals to hobby, this is the ball. And now as i've got used to it, I kinda like it, but the ball is really bad compared to some of the other plastic balls out there, and not to mention the good old cell balls ;)

Okay.. If you want to know how this rubber affects me, then read the post I made :p

But yeah, the hardest thing rating this rubber is the speed.. It's really fast if you hit hard and good, but if you don't put the effort in it's kinda slow. So it got many gears to play. It suits me well because of the "accuracy" in the rubber.. Or I guess it's me that's accurate but the rubber helps me in this regard. So, first impression: Good forehand rubber for me.

Let's say I'll get back to this if I remember or want to add something hehe :)

This must be the new standard for plastic balls, I can not see a future with this not smashing the other brands out of the market. Extraordinary quality, fantastic to play with. It has become more fun to play with these balls, and it feels almost like playing with the good old celluloid balls. Just love it!

Very good rubber. Using it for my backhand since the poly ball came around, used Bryce Speed before, but it just wasn't spinny enough, so I went for the Tenergy 25-FX, and what a blow to my mind! It gave the same feel as a speed glued Bryce Speed, just faster and louder and spinnier. Amazing!

This blade is my favourite.
It lasts very long, I've had it for 2 years. It has a very long trajectory, but when you pair it with the right rubbers you could still be able to play short spinny loops on the table. It also has very good feeling In the short game. To me, this is the perfect carbon blade. Not the typical one that's just really fast and leaves you no other option but attack, but it's really an all round offensive blade. Of course I'm giving this the full five stars, because it's my blade of choice, but this equipment rating can only be subjective :)

Any how, if you are on national level or higher and wants to play offensive with good control, this is a really good blade. If you're just a hobby player, you won't notice the feeling that much and feel it's just too fast.. This one requires some skill, but when you got the level right it is really good!

This rubber has been my backhand rubber (some breaks for the FX-version) for about 2 years. This is a really good rubber and is really suiting my backhand perfectly. It has a long trajectory and is quite easy to control, but the only con is that it is rather hard to impact enough spin on the new ball, that is why I will soon change it for one of the Tenergy rubbers.. For players that ain't high level, it will still play good, so it gets my recommendation any way.

This rubber is by far the best forehand rubber I've ever used. I'll use the next lines to explain why:

I'll review this as a forehand rubber, as I use it for my forehand only. I've used the T05 on many different blades, both carbon and all-wood, and it is the only rubber I've tried so far that have worked just as good on all the different blades! The rubber is spinny, but not tacky, it's fast but not uncontrollable, and it is playing good both with and without boosters.

Good control in the short game, great spin when looping, and easy to play both fast and slow without making to many adjustments.

Only "con" is the price, but you know, it's totally worth it. Normally I would have to change my rubbers every 3rd week, but this can be used for 4-5 weeks. Please keep in mind that I practice and play a lot, so if you only play once or twice in a week you won't have to change for about 4-5 months. On the other hand, why do you need this rubber if you only play once in awhile? The rubber won't make you a better player, you'll have to find a rubber that suits you.

Remember: it's not the racket that plays bad, it is the guy holding it!
