I must say, when I first bought these shoes, they were fantastic! Comfortable, grippy, and very supportive. But after 3 months I had to have them stitched up and reinforced with leather because they were opening wider than Cookie Monster's mouth. After 5 months of use, the grip was gone. And after 7 months, even the reinforced leather couldn't keep this shoe from falling apart completely.
