DHS Hurricane 3 NEO Provincial

One of the most popular Chinese rubbers.
It fits very well to fast OFF blades.
Unbelievably a lot of control.
A very small catapult.
Playing in the first zone is very good.
It's worse in the second zone - power is lacking.
You have to tune it very hard.
You play very well at the table.
Topsin for one tempo is perfect.
The service is a very large weapon.

The provincial is slightly faster than the commercial in terms of power.I would say that this rubber would suit both beginners and higher level players as this rubber is designed to play well with good technique,therefore to get the best out of this rubber you will have to use arm,body and legs for the forehand completely, for example.However,this spin is amazing if you can brush the ball and the rubber is more controllable compared to tensor's but can still provide you with speed,especially with the provincial.Boosting would help speed up the rubber but as its the provincial rubber it works fine without.Be aware you need to break in the rubber after 2 weeks of playing the rubber plays faster after breaking in!

The Hurricane 3 Neo Provincial is a very tacky Chinese rubber. When new, this rubber is spinny as hell, it is also a very controllable rubber compared to Tenergy 05 because it is less bouncy. Close to table counter hitting and counter looping is very precise and very easy points can be won by one counter-attack. The only downside to this rubber is that it needs breaking in time. After 1-2 weeks the rubber will play quite differently from when it was new.
Over all it is a great rubber for beginners to intermediate players and is a rubber that I would recommend for players with a Chinese styled forehand.
