Nice review! I am really digging the design of the 190 blade. The color tones are perfect and very professional. I think Stiga is stepping up their aesthetics and their craftsmanship.
Thanks buddy I'm happy you'd like it. Yh they are trying to make a comeback with these blades.

Great review on the 145. I dont care about the cost, it looks like I will getting this blade for my new setup. Now to decide to stick with calibra or put T05FX on the backhand
thanks Skully! Looking forward to hear about your impressions :) I think both rubbers would work pretty well with the 145, but if you have enough money go for T05FX :)

Its a personal choice end of the day, I dont think I could handle the T05FX on the BH, Ive always used calibra soft on the BH because of the dwell time, with teh 145 dwell I think it would be a good choice

great and informative review. what do you think about using softer rubber on these blades such a tenergy 64 fx or any rubber with soft sponges? do you think any of these two blades would be better than the other?
Hi Flash, yeah softer rubbers will definitely work fine but when choosing them I would consider to pair the 145 with rubbers that have a lower throw angle and the 190 with a higher. This is my preference but it is a matter of individual opinion. Softer rubbers will be ok :)

Great review on the 190 to giangt! Feels like we have experienced the blade in a pretty same way, glad you like it as much as me! Have you tired it with the poly ball?
Thanks, yeah sounds like that. I would expect a bit a higher trajectory with your setup, with T05 on both sides, than mine. No haven't tried the 190 with the poly ball unfortunately.
Hey Giangt,

I have a question. Is the wing span for the Carbonado 145 same/narrow/wider than Viscaria?
The 145 is a bit wider in the middle section than the Viscaria

Splendid review Giangt, thanks for sharing! Personally, I'm still adjusting a bit to the Carbonado 145 coming from the Emerald, and I'm certainly liking the new blade so far, I thoroughly agree with the better feel and feedback on these new carbon blades.

Of course it takes some time to decide but do you think you will do the change or keep the Emerald? :)

just wanted to give some feedback from my practice yesterday with my new carbonado 145. i liked the blade when counterdriving from mid distance, my arc was suitable for me. first ball on underspin was great, i felt powerful even though i'm not an powerful player. i had problem with blocking but that i feel is more something to be adjusted since the blade is much faster compared to what i had. overall i'm very happy with this blade but then it was only one practice, lets see if the feeling is the same after one month.

I am glad that you liked the 145. Give it some time and you will find the potential of the blade.

Hello

The other day when I was in this forum I saw that STIGA was organising a competition for the best points. Me and my father thaught to send 2 videos, and they have nominated them!

Now the one with most likes wins the 500€ in equipment prize. The competition finishes in the 7th of April.

Our videos are the first and second nominated. One has been sent by me (Jon Iparragirre) and the other by my father (Jabier Iparragirre).

To help me you just have to go to STIGA's Facebook page www.facebook.com/stigatabletennis and click the like button in our videos.

Try to spread it please! Let's see if a TTD member wins this. Thank you Dan, because I found this competition thanks to you!

Thank you a lot!
