My good friend Alexander Valuch got lucky and GEWO decided to create a blade of his own name, after he got titled European U21 doubles champion.
Many players having blades of their name dont play with those blades. This is what I thought and I teased Alex - what for is a blade with his name on it, if he wont play with it?
Because once he stated: I am playing Nittaku Violin and I will never change that. It has such a good feel! If they want, I can use their handle so it looks like other blade (same as so many players do)..
But this blade was made with cooperation with himself and he really wanted a blade with amazing feel. Months of testing (even I tested some blades), but mostly Alex and other pro players, whole long developing process to come with this blade.
Weight around 76grams, 2 kevlar carbon layers and then Limba and ayous layers. Very fast and very good blade with great feel and control.
Blade was tested with hard and soft rubbers - using hard ones enables pretty fast aggresive play, still with a lot of feel. With soft rubbers it gave amazing block control, huge amount of spin and absolutely precize placing!
(tested with Gewo XT50, Gewo KR 47.5, GEWO XT40 .. For me, with XT50 it was too fast and I couldnt control it so much, but with new KR 47.5 it made me beast! I didnt test with XT40, I dont like soft rubbers)
This blade is rather expensive, that is why I probably will not play with it, (I do not have 150USD/130EUR to spare), maybe if I will get it as a gift, hehe.. It is selled with certificate of the highest quality, MADE IN GERMANY.
After I tested it, I believe it is a pretty good blade, as far as I can tell.
But other than that I saw and heared pro players that tryed it that is is pretty damn good, even Alex said he will change from Nittaku and play with it.. Maybe it will become a bestseller from GEWO.



Comes with Straight and Flared handle.

Just the price is as it is, but I guess, worth it

It should in theory be a variation of/based on the Königsklasse Karbon 7 by GEWO, which is an excellent, yet also rather expensive blade.

Composition is Ayous Core 3,0 mm/Kevlar-Karbon/Ayous 0,55 mm/Limba 0,55 mm - maybe you can check if Alex´s signature blade is similar.

Like you said about the AV, the Karbon 7 excels in spin generation and accuracy, while the speed is considerably lower than many other Carbon blades, with excellent touch. Every time I test something else in practice (which, for several reasons, I do more often than really necessary ...) I feel like coming home when I play with the Königsklasse again. That sense of trust in any shot and also balance (which is a lucky combination of thickness, handle size, weight and the shape of my hand of course, rather than a feature) I´ve never had with any other blade.

And also like you said, with a HYPE XT 50 it´s a bit much - but then that rubber is a bit much in itself already, and best left to pros and semi-pros, and I don´t say that often With HYPE KR 47,5 it´s a dream combination that should appeal to many offensive players.

Yes that weight is true, I checked it.
Weight goes from 72 to 80, so average 76

I`m happy for the blade to be in production after such long Testing process.
I have it in the hand when it was in test stage and it was looking like you are saying (Ayous Core 3,0 mm/Kevlar-Karbon/Ayous 0,55 mm/Limba 0,55 mm ) . But it was not the final blade so it could change the properties.
Anyway good looking and feeling blade ... Shame for the bad photo ...

I`m happy for this new blade. But I am afraid that this can`t be a bestseller. I think the price is too high (130Euro) for Kevlar-karbon blade. On the Market you can find much cheaper blades with same composition and really good performance :/

The price is indeed a letdown. Two things might help: Some people buy it (or the Königsklasse Karbon) because they like the classic design and quality. Then word spreads about the exquisite touch of this blade. I might just be so lucky, but no Innerforce ALC, no old black tag Spirit and no other manufacturer´s Carbon/Kevlar constructions have ever brought such smiles on my face repeatedly as the Königsklasse blade.

Gewo is a very good brand with excellent products. It sounds like the blade is a good blade. It is pretty cool that your friend had such a good company design a blade with him and for him. If the blade is good, a blade in that price range can sell and do well.

A blade with Carbon and Kevlar can also play as well as the very popular ALC and ZLC blades. Those materials are actually related.

So far I didnt hear any bad words for that blade. People mostly like it despite that high price.
And pro players would have no problem spending 130 euros for a blade..
We others - well we have to find a way to buy it if we want it, hehe..

The blade looks just like other blades, lol
Its brand new blade, he played like 4 times with it, till he found out he doesnt like flared handle..
If anyone interrested, let me know, I can ask him for photos if neccessary.

Michal, it doesn't matter. If you are selling, you have to make photos of the actual blade being sold available to Forum members. Those are the rules of selling.
