Looking for something around 45-40 euro hardness with tacky topsheet. I prefer hard rubber like H3 but just want something a bit softer

Stiga Genesis II S. Manufactured by DHS according to the urban legend. Tacky but with a more euro like sponge. I like the M version but I believe it’s 47 on the European scale. I used H3 BS before and you get all of the benefits of a tacky rubber but you also get a small catapult.

With your budget you can get a provincial Neo Hurricane 3. You can pick 39, 40 and 41 hardness to suit your play. I used to play with 39 hardness but I find I need 40 or 41 for ABS balls.

Tin Arc 3 soft version (the 2.0mm thickness, max is harder). From what I've read, it is 35 on DHS scale, which translates to 42~44 euro. It has a tacky topsheet too, but I don't know how much tacky it is compared to H3
