I do not know about tin arc, but gold arc is just a plain ESN tensor rubber from Germany. Not tacky at all. Gold Arc 8 is a nice rubber though

Chinese tacky rubber with soft sponge. Don't think the sponge is a tensor though. Heard that boosting works well with it.

The best rubber you would appreciate is hybrid DONIC Bluegrip S2. Slightly sticky topsheet and very soft sponge.
