Is there a light weight, tacky, and medium soft/hard rubber for a good price?
Can be with or without boosting,
I am looking for something close to H8-80 or LAC for backhand.
But something a little bit lighter, max. 50g cut if possible.

Any recommendations?

Watch out for the Friendship dragons, I think Dragon-F is tacky and the Dragon-L is non-tacky. Dragon-F only comes in mid-hard and mid-soft. Soft would be Dragon-L.

If you stick to the big stores, you’ll probably be ok. DHS stuff from hwsports has the scratchy thing and so far for me has always checked out as genuine.
Not sure if a similar facility exists for Loki?

And how anyone knows which one is the big store?

no fakes or clones in the cheaper ranges but one sometimes wonders when getting a new batch of a rubber we liked and find it to be very different. Chinese manufacturers reserve the right to produce rubbers under the same name and ITTF number that seem to have nothing in common with previous batches.
Also beware of manufacturers advertising a well known rubber in a new pack. This is often accompanied with the slogan : "New packaging - same quality rubber".
Like hell.... 😂

So, how i can tell if the rubber i gonna order from there can be genuine or just false advertising but i don't know? You told me about one sign of ads to avoid, is it the case with all then in same manner? So what to not avoid and safe to go with?

So difficult to answer.
Just of the top of my head, I had good experience with Goo-Store, AliDH -store , XVT and also Dreiser-good sporting store. Generally speaking if I look for a specific item , I look at the percentage of positive reviews which is listed at the very top on the shops websites. Just as an example, Goo-store has a positive review percentage of 98.3 %.
Please be aware of course that we are talking mainly about internet shops, they may or may not have an actual stock of goods but simply advertise - sell- and pass the order on to Aliexpress warehouses and goods get shipped from there. The individual seller never sees a product or indeed holds it in his/her hand.

Ok, i use this way also when i buy another stuff like electronics and home accessories and whatever, i will see the store or the seller i bought my previous H3 Prov BS rubber from if they have it again or even National version at good price, or the one i bought my arrived Long 5X blade from, the box and the blade are all original and nice, so i can trust, but i will also look at those you mentioned above, i have a feeling that one of them i did order from once before but can't remember.

just be aware that if you had ordered your H3 quite a while ago, that the new version might not be near as sticky as the one you have.

I saw National version of H3 BS at good price about $67, OS is $60, so it is like double price than Prov BS version, and during discounts sales season i think i better order before it is gone, now, is the National version worth buying over Prov BS from Aliexpress or not? Also what is the difference between National non-NEO version white package and the National NEO version that turquoise package?

I think i will risk and buy from the cheap offers store, i checked some stores above given by Lodro and some items are available but prices are slightly higher for some items and more higher for other [and one item i didn't find from one store of the 4], so it depends which version of rubber i should decide on.

Sorry, I am not a top player and only ever use commercial editions of H3 and Neos. One of the top players in the club got the provincial H3 BS and his verdict was that it was not worth the bother.
Re. shops, I have stopped using "global sports store" after getting into a couple of disputes. They are often the cheapest when it comes to rubber but are quite nasty when the chips are down. My last dispute was over loki Rxton 9 and Ali express came down on my side..................

Well, i asked anyway so maybe someone tested the provincial against national so he can give the verdict at least, in all cases my prov BS isn't bad really, and now with offers i can buy national version of almost same price of prov i bought before, so why it will be worse than my prov or commercial anyway, and with what blade is that top player in the club using it?

Now i decided on two rubbers for my new Long 5X from Aliexpress, each from different stores, none is the Global Sports, so i can be fine, it happened to me i ordered from two stores, one canceled the shipping after a while, and the other just messaged me late that the item is not in stock and asked me to cancel the order and request the refund, i did that with pleasure and i didn't feel sad or mad, i just kept going on and i order again, it is only that i order items from another stores at higher prices when the one i placed are canceled but cheaper..

Well, i have the commercial H3 rubbers few of them and one provincial BS, and i can tell you confidently that provincial one is way better, i even was thinking to buy another to use it on my abandoned blade DHS Hao III, but i decided to keep it abandoned and just ordered Long 5X, and this time i ordered National version to see, so in future when i buy the more expensive blade of DHS national version then i can see if national rubber is best i like or prov is enough.

Ok, i ordered the rubbers, one of them is H3 National BS, i've received the email that the rubber has been shipped, this is even faster than the rubber itself

Now i have to decide if i should boost it or not, if yes then how many layers.
