Top junior Thomas Wijnhout is one of the best 100 players (rank: 89) in the Netherlands. Just below that you will find Arnoud Hofman (rank: 105).

is it just me or does anyone else notice the taller player does not toss the ball sufficiently high when serving and the umpire seems ok with it. At least from my viewing angle.

The services will always be a point of discussion, especially at lower levels. In Holland, little will be said about it. Only at high level (1st division and Eredivisie) players are monitored by official referees.
