So happy for Chang Yu-An
he is basically into the top 100 with his min 90 points from this feeder (this means a great deal for 2025 planning)

so going to cheer for him, and then cheer for Chang Ping-Cheng when he takes on Linz in the Austria 1 Bundesliga.
hopefully the talk with 2003 world champion gave some boost.

Uda 2-3 Borgar Haug
I watched it. He had match balls after the time out in the 4th game, but his overreliance on his fh got him there. He also didn't have a coach I think. I'm not even sure if any coach traveled with the Japanese players to Doha.

Chang Yu-An takes the title!
you beat me to it
I was chatting to his coach (bench coach) after that final point, else I would have posted first haha
he is very happy too.

I lost count on how many edges he got, but winning does need to come with luck on your side and not your opponents. He did have some good wins in Doha.

well, Chang Yu-An, one of the top prospectus from Taiwan, by being in the senior team at the age of 16, didn't get much game time due to "queuing" and so many players in front of him and NER issue.

With more WTT events, he is starting to see more game time, and this is his 5th senior event this year.

He is U19 world no 3.
and with this win, he is in the 85+/- rank for seniors.

He has a few more feeders this year, and hopefully he can get closer to the 60 spot and can have more contender/star contender time.

Tribute video to him
