i had the opportunity to test my esn spinsight systems on serves and made a few observations that were unexpected. Note that this is of course very personal and limited by my technique.
when doing backspin serves it was not the very slow ones that had the most spin. So the shot backspin serves that bounced two or three times were not the ones i would create the most backspin with.
switching between blades when trying side/underspin serves i got similar results for PK50 on W968 like with LAC. What then was totally unexpected (but rationally explainable) is a bump of spin created, when switching from W968 with LAC to Nittaku Acoustic with LAC. It was quite a difference, so if the general spin was about 40-50 rotations per second on the W968, i managed over 50 with the Acoustic, even topping at 57 rotations per seconds.
I guess the w968 does indeed "spit out" the ball quite earler before i can make full use of the friction, while the Acoustic will enable a more spinny shot. Changing the Rakza Z instead of the LAC on the Acoustic did not yield better results.
