The handle is also a disaster; what is wrong with that round plastic lens at the back? It's going to be awful when being held.

Donic should have done much better than this. They should have asked for ZJk's input when it comes to the design. It can't be worse than this or maybe it is his design.

Good catch - that lens in the middle of the handle can't possibly be a good idea.

ZJK's only input to Donic is probably something like "when does my next check come?"

DONIC blades tend to be cheaper.

If the Anders Lind ~65 euro is any indication, this shouldn't be too far out of that range unless they are trying to shamelessly price gouge ZJK fans.

The handle design is better at least. I really don't understand the dragon. It's freaking ugly. At least, find a better dragon if they plan to use it.

In sanctioned tourneys, it is customary to show opponent your bat before the match... I do so and it is like below...

There are endless discussions about suitability and performance of equipment, it's like 90% of the threads on this forum. This blade hasn't been released yet so nobody can talk about its suitability and performance yet but the ugly design certainly sticks out.

Players could and should talk about how they expect it to play... players do that all the time about a rubber that is not yet on the market... but it is a free world and Der_Echte is not gunna get in the way of that.

Der Echte's blade is cheap but mine was even cheaper and still better looking than this Donic ZJK.

A $3 Loki V5 where I slapped unboosted Battle 2 Gold and unboosted Jupiter 3 . I beat everyone with it, from W968 with National H3 BS boosted to Prasidha with D09c on both sides.

I sold it to a poor kid who wanted to train but couldn't afford the equipment. He's still using it and won his first tournament a month ago.
