One thing I personally noticed, since CDS switched his blade and BH rubber to W968 and (I presume from the orange sponge) H3, his BH got significantly worse, especially his blocking and loop away from table, than when he was using his CDS TMX Pro and O7P, although his FH has remained as good as ever. I think CDS is too used to the tensor rubber feeling on his BH and I think he should switch to smth like D05 if he’s done with Xiom so he can have his explosive BH again.

LGY utterly dominates Cho Daeseong in the lefty battle...

FYI, for those MLTT fans out there, Season 3 will be good for fans of lefties...
Who is coming? Cho Seungmin? LGY? Please share...

Very good match between Kao and LSD! Kao still needs to work on his BH a bit more, need to keep himself in the rally with his BH and then overpower LSD with his FH. He had good success attacking LSD's FH in the 3rd game but became a bit too predictable. He should've switched it up a bit to keep LSD off balance. LJK used that tactic effectively in the Asian cup, slowing down the pace to come back but then sped back up even though he knew he was at a disadvantage before changing pace again.
This to me reads a bit hilariously, Kao's strength is his tremendous backhand, it was the fact he couldn't win strength vs strength that made him start attacking the forehand.

Duda after his loss: "What should I say? I hate this sport at the moment. I have should taken the timeout much earlier, in the third game, but I gambled it away again."
Yeah, we have all been on both sides of such losses. Close to winning with match points or good leads in game 3 but losing in 5. It sucks even more than an 0-3 loss sometimes. And he was containing the Uda forehand well up to then.

And you really think the level of their opponents was comparable? Togami played a great match.
Before this:
Duda 3 H2H 0 Uda
A. Lebrun 0 H2H 1 Uda (back in 2015)

Duda 1 H2H 0 Togami
A. Lebrun 1 H2H 1 Togami

FFS, Duda and Alexis are the runner-up and winner of ETTC 2024, respectively, with the former taking out Felix in the SF. As I said, Duda taking out Felix shouldn't be swept under the rug.

Citing 2015 matches, your analysis never ceases to amaze.

Alexis is probably the best player in Europe right now. Duda is good but I would not put him there. Togami>Uda is just as reasonable a conclusion. After all, Alexis destroyed Duda much worse than he destroyed Togami.

Uda did the impossible here and he beat Boll at Singapore Smash 2022. He finished 4th at Asian Cup 2022. Uda's stats in 2024 were also better than that of Togami.

Well, we will give them time to let the rankings decide. I guess Uda is also higher ranked than Togami now since he is clearly better with his 2024 stats...

Nobody's strength is his BH when playing against LSD. It's something potentially exploitable if you can make him worry about his FH, but if you go into a match thinking you're gonna win by forcing him into BH rallies then you're gonna lose.

well at least Togami's lost recently has became more 'acceptable' somehow, less stupid error but more problem about game plan and situation awareness, these made him become more nervous during crucial points. News is Ueda has just became his personal coach, so I'm expecting how he'll improve tactically

Maybe. But telling someone with a good backhand he needs a better backhand sometimes reads funny,
