Yeah update to end this thread and show appreciation to everyone responding, I opened a few more hurricanes with the same issue so I’m not continuing with hurricane anymore and will use d09c both sides. Butterfly has no QC issues. Thanks all!
You need to use the hurricane for a bit and use water and sponge it and stick the cover for a bit and I’ll be good.

The more you use your H3 , the better it will be. No Neo , just the classic. It worked for me.

What if the player version has the players fingerprints on it?

I happened to receive H3N with a hair in the glue a few years ago but I cut that part of the rubber off anyway so not really a concern.
Yeah I had two Chen meng player edition with finger prints burned into rubber, less tacky, can barely hold a protective sheet, and they’re meant to be highest quality

Not exactly the same issue.

My BS provincial H3 showed skidding issue about 3 months after boosting. And I only played once a week!!
You think that it might not be the problem for the National version? I'm ok to use Prov version for at least 3 months and change it to new one. I experienced that after reboosting H3 neo does not behave the same when boostered new/fresh out of the box. For the new one effect lasts longer but this skidding is indeed very annoying. I'm thinking where this is the issue for all commercial versions (commercial, provincial, national) and the only personal edition does not have such issue or from commercial (national) version everthing is also fine?

I've read some comments about fake PROTT hurricanes, and this isn't the first time I've read that reports... however, in my experience I've never noticed any significant differences in quality. I've been using the national BS version for 2 years and they're great, quality and durability!
Maybe I'll try the provincial version in the future, so I can compare!

I've literally glued hundred of H3 Neo over the years, as it's quite popular here. I've never seen one with finger prints on, the surface always looks good.
However there are very significant variations in tackiness and also the sponge hardness, even when they're marked as being the same.

Well you have to ask whoever has used the player version. For the players themselves, they change it every few days 🤣🤣🤣

So true but of course this applies to most brands.

DHS commercial H3 is infamous for the huge variation from the indicated hardness. At $20 it’s a rip off.

For $30 a provincial H3 has much better value and consistency for money.

fair enough.

Recently, and strictly out of curiosity and boredom I decided to buy one of those cheap Loki blades to see what happens when one side is covered with thin fiberglass using epoxy. I got also some cheap Hueison Storm rubbers black/red. That was a waste of time red is sticky and soft - black is not sticky and hard as a rock. Now I have to wait for the extra red rubber to complete the likely useless little exercise
I will have to book it under ""occupational therapy"" 😂

That's true, but you don't find this much amongst the major brands, mainly amongst the small Chinese brands which are MUCH cheaper.
Not really, after all this thread's title is about 3 Neo and DHS is most definitely one of the major brands

Hah hah, that's what I was saying, i.e. DHS has the poorest quality control amongst the major brands.
fair statement
commercial Butterfly consistency is way higher than the commercial DHS
