That's very odd. They must offer 30% only to USA customers.
As you can see for Europe max discount is 25%.

If it's not too much trouble, please take a screenshot of the cart with 30% discount.

Wow, between a smaller discount and VAT you are paying significantly more than I do. My two blades came to $284 dollars.

Interesting. I just went and checked how much it would be today, and the charge today is $303. I suppose there has been some Dollar to Euro fluctuation due to the Trump Tariffs. I bought mine just in time.

Yes, part of the price difference is the VAT (that you don't pay since you order outside the European Union). 284$ is crazy cheap though for 2 blades.
BUT don't you pay custom charges when the package arrives at US customs?

No custom charges. That may change when the tariffs kick in. My blades arrived today. Matched weights thanks to the customer service at TT11. Both weigh 85.6 grams. I'll try one out Wednesday and post my impressions.

I've just done the same basket. 25 must be the European mainland or maybe EU maximum discount.

I get 30% based in UK

Here are my initial impressions of the Hugo TMXi Pro. Blade weighs 85.6 grams. I glued a Donic Bluestar A2 on FH and an Xiom Vega Pro H on the BH.

Blade is as nice looking as the original AJH version. I was concerned, given the lighter weight that they had diminished the handle, but it remains as big as the original. The best thing I can say about how it plays is that it feels very similar to the AJH. For me, there was no immediately obvious difference. Loops, serves and blocks were all about the same to me and to my practice partner. Maybe the AJH is slightly faster, but I'm not sure about that. I was hoping for some similarity between the models since I still like the original, so I am satisfied with it. I may post more later when I have had more than one session with it.

That's good to know it's still as good as ajh, what's the weight of your ajh blade in comparison?

My AJH regular version is 88 grams, and I have an AJH Pro that weighs 90. The Hugo does not feel head heavy to me, but I use 2.0 rubber on both sides rather than Max thickness to save some weight and because I prefer a more balanced feel in the blade. I'm hesitant to describe it more without more than three hours of time with it. Next Monday I have an hour with my coach, and then I play Monday night, so I might have more informed feedback.

Has anyone else noticed the Xiom global website blade page has been updated?

AJH, CDS and HAL blades are all listed there when supposedly they have been discontinued.

If this is the case why have the thumbnail images been updated with the horrible CGI renderings in same style as the new images for new HC and LSS blades?

Is AJH back in contract with Xiom? He has been wearing their new clothes or is that just because he's part of Korean national team?

I was wondering the same thing: If AJH series blades have been discontinued, how come they still appear on both the European and the Korean websites? Retailers however like tt11, confirm that they have been discontinued.
And indeed AJH still wears Xiom clothes (despite the fact that he is playing again with HL5 W968 blade)

To be on the safe side, I just bought 2 AJH TMXi's, one normal and one Pro version.

I set the H3Provincial (Haifu Yellow) + XIom Vega X with my Hugo tmxi Pro, and it's really great.View attachment 35942
Thank you for the pictures. The core of Hugo Tmxi really looks thicker in comparison to ajh pro. So the new Hugo Tmxi will probably play similar to regular version of AJH Tmxi. Really looking forward to your playing impressions!

Interesting, I wonder why they did it. not only AJH, CDS and HAL, also 36.5 series and Icecream series are updated, even though those blades are also discontinued according to several sources. I doubt that these blades all come back.

And, I dont think AJH is back with Xiom. He is still using gewo edge tape. AJH and Jang Woojin have been wearing XIOM stuff for the past events, and I really dont know why. Maybe because ITTF World Cup kind of represents countries? In any case, if somehow both of these players would be sponsored by Xiom now, that would be great news.

Glad to hear you managed to get 2 AJH backup blades. Let me know if the normal and pro version feel different for you, and which one you prefer overall. As we discussed before, they should feel slightly different due to the difference in construction. Even Hugo TMXi and AJH Pro have same overall thickness but the above picture from @Xiaoys really highlights the difference in core thickness as well as middle ply thickness.
