What hybrid are you using nowadays?

I've been using the k3 on my FH since last year and I've been through 2 sheets already (which sucks a lot). That said, even though I love the rubber, it's pretty hard to sustain at this pace.

What hybrid would you recommend me to look into nowadays? I'm looking for something similar-ish to the k3 in terms of feeling and hardness but with a better durability.

I'm even considering something like the nuzn 50, but that would take quite some time to adapt to.

Life of K3 is unfortunately short before showing signs of wear and tear. Alot of the hybrid rubbers as mentioned are like this.
I actually have a sheet of rakza Z extra hard in the wings as well as a H3 national BS.
My K3 went off a cliff performance wise at BL so now actively looking for a substitute or a change over the break as well.

Rakza Z or Extra hard - both great rubbers with decent durability
do tell more about this “decent durability”.
I had Xiom JH C55 and after 2 practice/playing sessions and amateur national champs it looked pretty poor but performed perfectly still … but then I accidentally bumped the chair during play and it was toast. Vega Pro H is still going strong, expect it to be same as Donic Bluegrip C2/S1 combo I had before … and it was okay, probably could last a whole amateur season in our region (from late September to late April) if you are patient enough … 🤪
there is a guy in our club (actually he is the president) and he’s playing with quite a beaten Xiom Vega Europe DF but the backspin he produces still is sick …

Rakza Z has great durability because it's kinda dead from the start lol, but its not bad and it maintains its grip/tack well. i like it on yasaka sweden extra a lot for a slow, spinny balanced setup. it was decent on viscaria too, but i dont recommend rakza z to people unless they are already interested in it.

when it comes to 09c, im in the camp that it works well for quite a while, for similar reasons. no complaints and for anyone interested in 09c, its worth a try to see if it works well for how you hit the ball

Just tried Xiom Vega Euro Hybrid (max) on my BH tonight, I think it pairs well with H3 Neo that I have on FH. I don't like situations where there's a big difference in speed between FH and BH rubbers. So for example I wouldn't like H3 on FH and Tenergy 05 on BH.
It has the H touch top sheet, so lifts the ball only 1-2 cm from the table once pressed down.
Feels similar to Glayzer 09C. It's too early for a conclusion, but so far I like it.

I've tried the MK but it felt like it didn't have the "kick" you know? It's kinda hard to describe.
About the d09c I didn't like the feeling nor the price.
I dont need the kick, never liked it. MK in max sponge has pretty good speed but you need hit harder - anyway for me it’s an advantage, not the opposite. One area where Tibhar could be better - obviously it’s their durability, but I don’t bothered by it too much, since I’m bying 4-5 sheets at once, and don’t train too much nowadays.
I don’t understand why you asking about hybrids if you don’t “like the feeling of them”

I think his opinion is due to the softness of MK--it's 48 on paper but feels even softer, and it lacks "the bullet shot", I dunno how to describe it.
For me, MK is a great rubber with excellent control and spin, but you need to invest a lot of power to perform deadly shots, while K3 is much more explosive to begin with. I have MK on my 2nd racket on FH, and it was a night-and-day difference compared to a bouncy Z2 tensor, it was so easy to leave short serves under the net with MK, spinny open-ups were also incredible, but finishing points was often challenging.

For durability Rakza Z (and ZEH) along with Xiom Tau2 have good durability Tau 2 slightly better.
I have recently tried Xiom Omega 8 China and Omega 8 Hybrid, these rubbers have a more “positive“ feel compared to Tau 2 and Rakza Z. The other Xiom rubber I have used is Jekyll & Hyde H 52, this is similar to O8 China and O8 hybrid, the same topsheet tech. The J&H H52 top sheet marked up pretty quick, and I’m expecting the O8C & O8H to do the same thing.
I have a couple of bats with Tau 2 on, 1 the sheets are probably around 1 1/2yrs old, the other 6 months+ They both play equally well, feel pretty much the same and spin really well.
Xiom, should put the Tau 2 top sheet on the J&H / O8 sponge sheet and see what happens!!

GOOD DURABILITY DOESN’T MAKE GOOD BUSINESS SENSE.

I personally think they make rubbers with barely acceptable durability on purpose.
