Is Andro Bype comparable to Rozena?
No.

I'd imagine Bype is a little spinnier and faster than Rozena.
What makes you think that?
The Bype series is in between entry level-tensors such as Andro GTT and the Hexer series. Source? Statement from the Andro product manager on a german forum, and imo Rozena is at least on the level of the Hexer Powergrip. Rozena is certainly above the most "powerful" Bype with 45° sponge in pretty much every category...except maybe weight. Bype is really leightweight.

...I am trying to be able to keep the ball on the table and reduce errors.
If that`s your goal, then you`ll have more chances doing so with the Bype compared to R45 (or Rozena for that matter), although I personally quite like the R45 (with 2mm sponge that is...).

I like the R45, but it is a bit "springy". I think I need more control in my game.

if you then want to move to a bit faster but not yet R45, the Hexer series (even the old one) is a good compromise.
Exactly.
The positioning of Bype between GTT and Hexer is aptly described.
You could, for example, step up from GTT via Bype to Hexer Grip, retaining identical sponge hardness.

R45 is a different beast. There aren´t many medium hardness rubbers that offer nearly identical performance to their siblings with the next hardness. The Energy Cell sponge of R45 is not only softer, but has a different cell-wall structure. I am not sure whether many of the so called "FX" versions of other rubbers offer that.

I tried Bype and was surprised how much speed and spin I could create with it. It's definitely a rubber that both a low level player as well as an intermediate player could use.
I brought 2 sheets while it was £25 as some of the reviews were positive say it very good for service and very good at opening up against backspin so I'm trying it when I next change my F.H rubber

Then stick with it for a while, for god's sake ( ), and don't start switching to something else again. With the Ligna All you have a fine blade, and in combination with the Bype it should be more than sufficient for your level as well as giving you the opportunity to improve your game.
