Hello I would like to ask for advice because I am after the season and I am testing new rubbers and I am looking for a rubber with a 0.5-0.6 base that has a very strong reversal of spin where it will make it most difficult for the opponent to attack when playing cut balls from the second zone

Which long pimples do you recommend?

I have already tested:

dr. neubauer viper 0.6
tsp curl p1r 0.6
spinlord blitzschlag 0.6
dhs cloud & fog iii 1.0
Yasaka Phantom 012 OX

In my experience tsp curl p1r 0.6 would be the best in producing heavy backspin with chopping loops.
I agree with this for "full motion" chops, but from the 2nd zone the defender usually doesn't have the time to do such a big chop stroke. In this case with less motion, the faster long pips like DTecS and Ilius S might be a better option.

P1V in 0.5 is super versatile and very effective at all ranges. I play an offensive game, but I've started doing those small chops Kim Kum Yong does close to the table and it's much more effective than traditional chop blocking if you're close to the table and it's easier to time.

I've tried Qing in 0.7, P2 in 0.5, PH in OX, Desperado 2 in OX, Feint Soft in 1.5, P3 and P3a in OX, Do Knuckle and Super Do Knuckle in various thicknesses, but I think P1V is still my favorite.

and on the base? because I'm talking about playing from the second zone with cut balls
I don't know what you're talking about "on the base" and I don't see how distance from the table affects the performance of the rubber. Both CK531A and DTecS offer very high reversal, this is true close and far.

Do you also preform regular blocks and more hitting/driving strokes with the P1V? If so, how does it preform in that department?

I primarily do hitting driving and will do regular blocks depending on the shot my opponent gives me. I can't say there is anything P1V can't do, but depending on what sponge thickness you go for will maximize the rubbers different strengths. OX obviously will give you the best control and blocking at the expense of offensive versatility which is why I use 0.5 currently, however against higher level players I need a bit more consistency with my attacks so I'm going try out 1.0 again.

and don't you think that a bigger base will allow you to give more spin because you will be able to give more spin to your club plus the pimple itself will create it? Why do you think that OX gives you more control? I think it works the other way around, that with a base you can play more precisely
