Well Harimoto has to get past Xu Yingbin first. He isn't even cho-ing so you know he's locked in. I also noticed China has been giving their choppers a lot of run recently with Zhu Ziyu, Zhu Sibing, and Yang Yiyun all playing at these recent events.

Quiet Harimoto is an interesting development. Hopefully, it will become more of a habit.

I think Xu Yingbin took the wrong strategy and surprisingly made it work for half a set. But at a certain point, you can't maintain consistent firepower over your playing level against Harimoto blocks if he is making those blocks.

The sequence here is hilarious. Jorgic gets warned for a low toss and gets faulted on the serve after the low toss. And then after that, I fail to see the improvement in height, he could very well have been faulted again but I think the umpire gave up - still have to see whether it comes up again lol... btw, I suspect the tosses were okay - ball separation from palm and ball toss height are not the same thing and unfortunately, one is used to judge the other.

Watching Nagasaki pound Diaz makes me want to get the Harimoto SALC. Amazing display.

Does anyone like An Jaehyun? I just got a feeling (haven't seen much table tennis involving him I must admit) that he might not be the role model of sportmanship. I have seen him do bad stuff against Seyfried and Calderano on video clips.

I was surprised he didn't even cho after winning. I wonder if he sort of gave up and let the match play out however it went.
