I'm looking for an alternative rubber that lasts longer than the Tibhar Hybrid K3.

I wanted a rubber that has a catapult and a similar tracky. I was thinking about an andro c53 or a dignics 09c.
A lot of people says K3 wears up quick. I really can't see why other ESN rubbers would last longer.

I would say go for D09c or Chinese alternatives. Boosted Arthur China or GTX are great.

Maybe look at Xiom J&H series...
09c is a good option like everyone has mentioned.

Teammate has donic c1, a year later it doesn't have tackiness, but it's still extremely grippy.

You are right for the ESN Statement except for nuzn. It lasts much much longer than any other hybrid, similar to normal tensors
Except that nuzn is nothing like K3/A1/C55, etc. It is not even barely tacky.

As to Dignics 09C, it's topsheet durability is basically the same as K3/A1/C55.

Sergey the Tsos Unit swears by K1 Hybrid... He has sheet last YEARS... and uses them daily on his 5 bats.

Heck, I bought out the entire Hong Kong market remaining stock of that rubber years back and he still has a stash...

Sergey and I approve of this message.

I play nuzn since its release and it is exactly as tacky as k3. You can Lift the ball for a fraction of a second and thats it

Neither of the 2 sheets of nuzn 50 I played with had been able to lift the ball at all.

I'm not not the only person making this observation.

The old Joola Tango PS used to be tacky for a long time. My experience is that sponges of ESN rubbers dies before the top sheets wears out.

Wasn't it NUZN and K3 that they couldn't tell apart in the blind test TT11 did?
I think the general concensus was they were extremely similar, they would happily use either, and if pushed the Nuzn on the FH and K3 on the BH.

I've tried both. There is not a huge amount of difference. I think the K3 had a very slightly higher throw and was fractionally more tacky when brand new, but both are only very mildly tacky.
The K3 showed marks on the top sheet more quickly.

Rakza Z lasts a long time, not only it's grip but also the tackiness.
any thoughts on Rakza Z Extra Hard? even though I find Rakza Z really nice, on FH and on BH ... now I am running a combo of Rakza Z 2.0 on FH and Shining Dragon on BH ... haven't reached the Shining Dragon verdict yet ...
Maybe look at Xiom J&H series...
09c is a good option like everyone has mentioned.
Xiom J&H is one amazing series, but ... they do not last long, unfortunately ... well, at least C55, I played with it for 2 weeks maybe - one of the best rubbers I have played but it was looking terrible after two weeks, I did smash that rubber by grazing the table so I wonder how much life it still had in it, but yeah - tackiness was gone, it looked like it is finished, but play wise it was still not so much dead.

I've had nice results personally with the 55 BH and now 57.5 both sides.
There's some wear and tear on the rubber after a month of pretty heavy use. Spin and speed is still going well.

Loved the K3 but found the 57.5 to be a really stable replacement for me.

Been along this path as I changed from K3 myself.

How long do you need the rubbers to last?.

I had it. Heavy, slow, feels dead. 729 super fx or Mercury hard similar and much cheaper
