Just pulled the trigger on Loki k10 and k11 blades (respectively rosewood and walnut outer layer). Blind purchase, I’ve been looking for a walnut blade since some time and I was intrigued by the idea of comparing two blades with the same structure but a different layer. I am familiar with rosewood (my main blade for many years being a Rosewood XO) and these seemed to be fairly priced.
Layers are walnut or rosewood/ayous/carbon/ayous core.
Anybody using/having used any of the two who feels like sharing an opinion, rubbers, etc?

Thanks. Take care, BB

Received the blades and sealed them. Eventually I also got an additional k9 (ebony, 7 wood+2 carbon), although not same structure it was at a discount.
The k9 came in at 92g, the k10 (rosewood, 5 wood+2 carbon) at 88g, the k11 (walnut, 5 wood+2 carbon) at 91g.
Now checking if I have 3 identical sets of rubbers to glue on.
Will post here as soon as I move on.

I had a kirin K1- fake carbon inside.

I wonder if this is the case with other kirin blades...

They look good but I didn't test them yet since I got local customs problems on my last order. KIRIN K9 seems like a visual updated Loki V9, that it's a great looking blade and great performance for the price!

I ordered a few of K10 several weeks before, and I think, K10 has a great price/performance ratio (even better, when snatched for a low $10-ish price tag with good discounts).
The Rosewood top plies have a high quality look and feel (nicely sanded/polished, thicknesses are even with low tolerance for errors). The carbon sheet sitting between the Kiri core and the Ayous medial plies looks real, and by bouncing the ball, it seems like it counts in making the sweet spot bigger.
I tried only one set of rubbers yet (Yinhe M Star: 39 deg green sponge on FH, 38 deg orange sponge on BH), but I think, the blade is very spin-friendly. Top Rosewood plies have a crisp contact with good feeling, and short playing ability is very good, as expected. The Ayous medial plies are great at increasing arc / dwell time on stronger hits.

Hard to believe for $15 they put real rosewood and carbon
There are a few good possibilities to get Loki products at AliExpress for a surprisingly good price/performance ratio. I had a few blades with rosewood top ply already, and I can confirm also by the play feel, that this is genuine rosewood, very similar to what is used for 729/Friendship Rose 5/7 - the thickness of this rosewood top ply is even better controlled for quality (less uneven thickness) in this Loki K10 blade. I know less about the carbon inlay though, but I tend to think, that it is a kind of fleece (non-vowen) carbon (probably much cheaper than other vowen types or composites). Overall, I think this blade is neatly implemented.

Not sure what use Friendship in there blades. I think need to compare to Stiga rosewood, not to Friendship

It seems like you are not in the target group anyway. You don't need to believe it. You can still buy Stiga stuff for 10 times the money I guess, but for most people (not just casual amateurs) these will play very closely to that for this fraction-like money.

10 times more but don't need to guess is it real rosewood or not
