playing choppers, you want to finish as earlier as possible, not to end up in deciders.That's not true at all, attacking players target expedite when they want to keep the points short or know that the chopper is not going to take risk to end the point or their ability to push through the rally is secure when they receive. The chopper will only want expedite if they think they can hold all their receiving points and that is very hard with the attacker taking risks. Most choppers only want expedite vs other choppers.
i'm not sure where you learn your table tennis playing against choppers, but when I was bought up, I was taught that.
expediting is forcing a result, no sane attacker will want to go into deciders and rely on fate of expedite.
the longer the game goes, the worse for the attacker too.
That is how I was taught and how we teaching now.
you free to disagree as maybe your coaches teach you differently.
but I have never heard a solution is hang long enough against a chopper, so we can go chances in expedite.
