Hi everyone

I bought glue from aliexpress, it got shipped 12 november and since 19 November it says import customs clearance completed, since then it hasn't moved. I live in Sweden.

Is it stuck in the customs or is it normal to wait after the completed clearance?

and today is saturday

if you didn't order it via DHL express, then it will take some times to get to you and probably not over weekends

I bought some stuff it came in 2 seperate packages. The first one i got, it moved on the same day after the customs completed the clearance but this one hasn't moved since then.

what you saying here, is different to your first post.

so you order glue, and it was sent in separate packages?
half the glue you received, and the other half of the glue still in customs or what exactly do you order, what you receive if is from the same seller/sender of what is still in customs?

Sorry for not being clear.

I bought some TT equipment (rubbers, blade etc.) from different sellers and it came in 2 seperate packages. The first package came and I got everything except the glue.

i would think you are more likely to get an answer from your local postal service than from us?

Got the same issue with a preamp pedal I bought on reverb.com from a seller in Estonia: no notification since the last one on tuesday 18th. They won't scan my parcel each day while driving for 3000kms to go to the french west coast, as guys in the boats have something else to do than scanning your parcel.

Liquid goods take forever when I order them. Often Booster or Glue takes a long time. I'm based im Germany

Not really.
When custom clearance is finished your parcel has now officially entered your country.
Often the packets then get into some holding space (warehouse) and then get picked up by either a courier or the central postage service.
From there they get sorted out to the different states or districts of the country and end up with the final delivery courier or postman.

there is maybe movement but no update, on Thursday and Friday
i would say, wait a few days or ask your post office about it.

it is getting close to peak season and they could just be very busy

It says it was cleared 05:00 in the morning on wednesday.

Will wait, hopefully next week its arriving.
