Did you manage to solve your problem? Im finding difficult to have my rubbers properlly glued to my HAL. Not as severe as your case but im finding that i need to glue again after two weeks or something. Last time i gave it a gentle sand and will see how it behaves from now.
I ended up selling the blade but have not heard issues with glueing it.

I know this is weird, but I also had the same problem as you two with gluing rubbers onto my Hugo Hal from TT11 (I did ask for it to be lacquered though). However I never had the same issue with any other blade. But it was slightly better after I put more layers of glue (DHS no. 15). It's probably a Hugo Hal thing since others have the same issue xD—such a nightmare when trying to stick on boosted rubbers lol.

Give it a little sand. Mine is good now. I guess it was lackered from the manufacturer.
