So I rabbit-holed and found the blade to be an "Impact Allround" through the shop name on the sidetape They have a different handle design on the website but this same shape design is on other Impact blades. When you Google it, this design also comes up.

Surprisingly difficult to find equipment for hardbat (== ping pong?).

When you search for 'ping pong paddles' there's Stiga's guide for table tennis equipment called

You have to specifically search for hardbat paddles and then it's still a little bit confusing on what's the standard.
