"I am officially announcing my comeback. I will represent Kazakhstan in competitions, and I have partnered with the Nomad Table Tennis Academy. I expect to participate in WTT events starting in June. I will retain my Chinese citizenship and will not participate in the three major international tournaments. My motivation for returning is still my love for table tennis; I want to challenge my limits again."

Fang Bo! Fang Bo! Fang Bo!

We needs these old war horse generals to come back to show those younglings how to properly do FH stroke.

Younglings these days are too much girly BH BH BH strokes. Can’t differentiate whether watching a women’s game or a man’s game these days.

According to the WTT Handbook, national entry restrictions limit the number of players from a single National Association in Singles events, with caps set at four players for WTT Champions, six for WTT Star Contender, and eight for WTT Contender events. Furthermore, all participants must confirm their nationality via a valid passport, as outlined in the 4.4 National Entry Restrictions section.

THUS, THE KAZAKHSTAN ASSOCIATION CAN ONLY NOMINATE A PLAYER WHO IS OFFICIALLY REGISTERED WITH THE WTT AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF KAZAKHSTAN BASED ON THE POSSESSION OF A REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN PASSPORT.

at this point don't even make restrictions and let the chinese dominate the top 50. Who cares we just want to watch good table tennis. So many good talents we can't see on the big stage cuz of this.
Should be a 3 year limit instead of a 10 year limit what it is now to represent the new association at World Events. Table Tennis seems to be the only sport with the 10 year limit, many sports to switch to another country/association is 3 years max usually.

Here are some Gozo's thoughts:
  • Fang Bo has his own brand QSB.
  • Fang Bo wants to make his QSB even more global and not just known amongst his villagers.
  • What better way to advertise his QSB brand than with him, the brand owner playing in the pro tours again.
  • Gozo sees a pattern.
