I believe the staff didn’t mean they were fake so made by other employees but they meant that the commercial W968 is nothing like the ones the players get and is just a better quality and stiffer Long 5, cause essentially it is.

what he is saying, it does not exist and all hype only.
there are some official versions of what they can say, which doesn't match what actually does happen.
and then you have versions of what they can say for international and then version for China market

well, i'm guessing, he thought I am a South African, tier 3 table tennis country and have no knowledge of how DHS works.
so the way that specific person answered me, I felt, he is saying, those versions are not available, and only the normal commercial version was for South Africa.
I provided photos and he said, those are fake.

Its one of those - how much can you trust this guy incidents,because I know he is lying.
but he was in his official capacity as a DHS staff, so I gathered, there have specific versions of "truth" for specific markets.
never the less, a lie is a lie.
It is way easier doing business with Europeans than Chinese when communication is taken into accounts.

never the less, the entire business model is confusion and not friendly.

ie, do you know, for you to procure 1 provincial, you need to buy 10 commercial (some times 20) h3 rubbers?
we haven't even talked about national yet.
But then, any tom dick and harry can by nations out of Chinese dealers.

I have ordered lots of tops from prott and I don’t buy from anywhere else the quality is great and genuine.

Only thing be mindful of size as they are Chinese size I think. So I’m a uk size L and I order their 2XL for the same fit.

I recently ordered a Li Ning shirt and shorts from them. The shirt is fantastic quality; the shorts look great but feel more cheaply made (lots of loose threads). Can't complain for the price I got everything. As @Deep74 says, just pay attention to the sizing.

I've bought a lot of clothes from them, but you need to order it in 1-2 sizes up since it's in Asia size, so for my XL I had to order 3XL for shirts and shorts I did 2XL and I wear M or L (depending on the brand and material)

Shipping was $31 USD to the US. Shipping is based on weight. I ordered a shirt, two shorts, a blade, a rubber, and a racket case.

Just under 1 month. Honestly AliExpress orders can take just as long so it didn't bother me.

Oh, it was exceptionally well packaged, too. I was very happy about this as I've had some AE orders where they just toss the item(s) in a bag with no protection and slap a shipping label on it .

Shipping 1 month??? From Aliexpress usually take to me 1-2 weeks. Prott take a bit longer because it takes him more time to ship. Aliexpress usually ship within 1-2 days

It depends on the seller/"Choice" but yeah average 3 weeks for most things I've ordered on Ali.

I see you're location is in the USA, did you have to pay tariffs on stuff from prott? I might order from them once my current stash of H3's run out maybe try out the star versions since they're cheaper than at tt11, skyline national also looks interesting.
