DHS Hurricane G (or J)

It is my No 2 blade which i only use when I feel great and up to handling it. It is a very fast blade on both sides and not much difference between them. I use the "mild" Loki Rxton 3 Pro on FH which keeps most of my shots on the table and Unboosted H3 on my BH which is great for blocking and topspin BH-flicks.

I used to have a Stuor asymetrical blade as well, also a very nicely build blade at half the price.
Summing up my "asymetrical -blade -experience", it is a bit of a fad, considering that most of us use different rubbers on either side of our blades anyway.

OSP Vario off+/off with koto/alc outer on one side and limba/alc inner on the other. I've tried this blade. The two sides definitely feel different, both excellent. Highest quality build. I found it very fast (both sides faster than my Viscaria). OSP also makes a 6-ply off/off- version which I think is koto/alc outer on one side and limba (all wood) on the other.

how was it
Haha, I left myself a note and then forgot. I still use it as my primary blade, which I didn't expect. It was an experiment that has worked out well.

The handle is thinner than I like but I added a grip. Mine is 91g but feels lighter. Despite the smaller handle it isn't too head-heavy. The two sides play clearly different. The spruce + inner PLC side is livelier than the various limba inner blades I've tried but it still has more dwell and a softer touch than an outer carbon blade. It's kind of a nice in-between actually. I've put Glayzer on this and a Yinhe Pro 05 and while the rubber feels OK but kinda dead on the Pro 05 it really comes alive on the Pro 11s. The koto + outer ALC side feels just like other koto outer blades I've owned -- backhand loops, drives, and counters are very stable.

If I had one complaint (other than the handle), it would be that the FH side doesn't feel  quite as solid as I'd like on harder hits, e.g. smashes. I think the core could be ~0.1-0.2mm thicker, which would solve the handle size problem as well, though it might cost some flex.

i used all the chatgpt pro usage i had on reviews from the chinese forums and they all said the same thing as you, the pro-11s inner side is too inconsistent sometimes fast sometimes slow. I am not sure if you tried the 13s pro but a lot of people said its soft and good control. But theres a missing member of the family, the 12s I searched everywhere for it, all sold out. Even in the deepest corner of the internet that me and gpt can't find it. I ended up using an agent from China to help me search for it because it is the best out of the 3 family according to a Chinese review whom supposedly tested all 3, said that the 12s is the best and balanced. Good news is shoutout to my agent, they found it, I had to use Superbuy to buy it, hopefully it works as I expected it. This one is Provincial version so I hope the handle is a bit closer to a Butterfly Vis, I hate thin handle.

Also a rare find, Sword who previously made blade for Lin Gaoyuan has a hybrid inner outer blade.
TL;DR: 3 versions, 11s, 12s, 13s 12s is the best according to chinese reviews: Ma Long 5x fh/ Vis bh. Hard to find but I got an agent to find it and I bought it using Superbuy to the US.

Awesome work! I had no idea those other versions existed or I would have tried them instead of the 11s. That said, the 11s (in addition to turns with the Donic Waldner WC 89 and my old old Butterfly VSG-4000) taught me that I seem to like spruce, at least on the FH. Still, if this method works out and you're able to acquire the 12s/13s I'll have to DM you about your process so I can try them myself!

If the 12s is Long 5x FH (limba-ayous-ALC), what is the 13s composition?

Hi all, are there any blades that have inner ( 2x wood + carbon) construction on one side and outer ( wood + carbon + wood) construction on the other side? I like FH looping with innerforce blades, but for BH attacks I prefer outerforce ones. A hybrid inn/out blade like that would benefit my playstyle.
Gewo An Jaehyun blade. I heard that it is excellent blade
