I think Edward Ionescu just made a couple of very smart serve decisions, successfully baiting LJK at decisive moments. Nothing more, nothing less (serve wise).
As for LJK himself, I don't know what's up with him but he's just not at the right stage.

heh, this all suggests China were forced to drop boosting . You have to pay penalty fees 3000 usd if they can detect forbidden materials in you rubber.

Do you ever have any other topics in your mind or do you even dream about this in your sleep :ROFLMAO:.
Wang Hao seems like is past anger into resigned acceptance, nice to see all the emotions on his face.

Confused here! By the ITTF rules is this legal or illegal?

Ionescu lost his challenge on that.

ITTF Statutes 2026, Law 2.6.4

“it shall not be hidden from the receiver by the server or his or her doubles partner or by anything they wear or carry.”

A part of the ball is clearly hidden by his head on the screen.
it's not clear in the playbook if "the whole ball" or "only a part of it" should be visible.

In legal terms, there are no qualifications for how much of the ball should be seen, so the right question is "Can you see the ball?" the answer is yes, because a part of the ball is the ball.
The question is not "Can you see the entirety of the ball?", in which case it should be stated fully in the rule.
