I think Edward Ionescu just made a couple of very smart serve decisions, successfully baiting LJK at decisive moments. Nothing more, nothing less (serve wise).
As for LJK himself, I don't know what's up with him but he's just not at the right stage.

Seems to me that is legal. Ball is visible at all times, and remember that Ionescu's point of view is more to the leftt, so even more visible. If he was a lefty, then ball would not be visible.
It's time to change the rule anyway and try to make it easier to check.

A part of the ball is clearly hidden by his head on the screen.
it's not clear in the playbook if "the whole ball" or "only a part of it" should be visible.

In legal terms, there are no qualifications for how much of the ball should be seen, so the right question is "Can you see the ball?" the answer is yes, because a part of the ball is the ball.
The question is not "Can you see the entirety of the ball?", in which case it should be stated fully in the rule.
