Dignics 09c or Zyre 03

I tried both on my backhand, felt zyre03 was too fast, but if you've got the backhand feeling for it you should try it. I definitely prefer 09c on backhand, it has much more control. For me Zyre03 is better on FH.
Thanks, Im more of a forehand guy and i usually only use my backhand for control and backspin loop.

I just put Zyre on my q968 nat FH. changing from H3 Neo BS 40°, its really good! I have D09c on BH so was able to compare.
On this blade it works great due to the long dwell, the trajectory is notably longer with Zyre, and for my the quality is actually a little higher in general. Good loops are lower and faster.
I did like it very much on backhand as well with this blade. Very easy to flick and i hade great control.

Short game i havent adjusted to yet, its a little bouncier than H3n, but the extra kick on open play felt very natural ad helpful.

I use cybershape carbon so i dont know if the zyre pairs well with it because its so fast

He said its up to me
I'm surprised he hasn't given his thoughts on this.
I would have assumed that D09c was too hard for an U13 player but I also do not know anything about elite level coaching in Canada.
What little I know would have me recommending D05 over Zyre or D09c for its obvious use as an amazing attacking rubber.
From everything I've read about Zyre I've concluded that it's for finished product players who can make anything work.
D05 is such a good rubber that is be surprised if you couldn't make it work ?

It seems odd that a coach for the top U13s in the country wouldn't know the likely impact on a player of D09C V D05 by now, these rubbers are around for ~8 yrs.
Zyre I get it, it's basically brand new.
But to just wave off the possibility that a kid (parents) may spend $100 on something without giving an opinion seems strange to me ....
It's parents fault of course if they will just sanction such unchecked expenditure but I would have thought some guidance would be part of the package
