I got an opportunity to test out a couple of Sanwei blades here. The Tiger Claw HP4 & HP5.
The focus of the video is around the idea of getting kids into penhold & teaching them working around the setback of often having too small of hands. Check out the video for more on that and feel free to share your thoughts if you have any. I'd be curious to hear what you all think.
I don't get into the video about it at all but if you were wondering more about these blades.
The HP4 (the brown & orange one) is a 5 ply wood and 2 Inner ALC
and
The HP5 (purple) is a 9 ply wood and 8 ply carbon
I still need time to feel out the differences between the two and my initial impressions is that I like the Eagle Beak series for the RPB even more over this Tiger Claw series but it's very premature to say that given I've had more time on the Eagle Beak. One thing is for sure. I'm a fan of these designs.
Thanks for watching if you have the time.
