Mmm, no, I respectfully disagree (for now). One has to remember how thick, i.e. thin, these blades are - about 6mm overall (Boll ALC = 5.8 mm, Ovtcharov ALC = 6.2 mm), and the top ply of the Boll ALC is just 0.6 mm. Even though the close-up picture is somewhat blurry, you can see some distance between the handle and the fiber - that looks clearly more than 1 mm, as 0.6 mm would be hardly visible given the blurriness of the pic, strongly indicating that this is an innerforce blade (with Boll ALC ST handle). If that's an outerforce blade such as the Boll ALC, then the top ply must be massively thick... I don't buy that, unless we're talking about a 3+2 blade, which I doubt he uses.
If there are better/clearer pictures available, then I might be convinced otherwise.
Perhaps we will find out at some point.

Nice side-by-side pics from @copcopee.
If you zoom in on the top pic and then compare it to the original Boll ALC in the bottom pic, then you can clearly see a difference in thickness of the part between the handle and the fiber. It is noticibly thicker on the Ovtcharov blade.

Judging by the left side of the picture in the other thread, I sided with inner preliminarily, but judging by the right side, there are some features that suggest it's outer (lines that could be due to compression artifacts and aliasing).

I believe it can be inner. But if it is outer, the Koto is too thick from normal TB ALC.

Timo ended up keep using TB ALC

Too fast at first but then people get used to it. He now uses Zyre on both sides of an outer carbon so...

I found they change hardness for PROs.
