Harimoto Innerforce Super ALC

Another training session another rubber tested. This time it was the Glayzer.
Unfortunately for me, it felt really similar to the Fastarc G1 i tested on the previous training. The arc on the G1 and the glayzer felt similar between both which was not my finding when i tested both on my Hugo HAL.

On the Hugo the Glayzer had a "normal" arc and behaved like a toned down Dignics. On the HSALC its more reactive with a really pronounced arc. I guess i'm just too used to the HAL.

I think for me D05 is the rubber to go for the HSALC. Ill probably go for 1.9 to tame it a little.

Would recommend a harder rubber for fh, donic c2 is 55 deg and is quite close to d09c which in my opinion the best fh rubber for this blade.

I think it plays/pairs nicelly with softer rubbers but be prepared for the added catapult. In my opinion, if you can, go harder rubbers. I arrived to the conclusion that D05 is my prefered rubber on the forehand of the HSALC. On my backhand i have Hybrid MK (48º) because i need the added dwell.

Just glued d05 for bh and its perfect. Not miwa harimoto like shots but can understand why this is the best bh rubber for this blade.

In summary, 55 degrees fh and 50 on bh fits perfectly to my liking

I've found out the perfect setup for me with this blade is Dignics D05 1.9 on FH and Tibhar Hybrid MK Max on BH.
For now i can tame the blade with the reduced thickness of the D05 and on the backhand the Hybrid MK gives me the added dwell and less spin sentivity i need.
One thing i found out is despite the blade being pretty fast it still need to be played activelly, which to me means that its somewhat linear combo with the rubbers i have.

I still haven't switched yet, i don't want to risk changing blades mid season but maybe for next year ill play with the HSALC.
