Bought my dream setup: Stiga Inspira Plus (Wang Manyu olympic blade) with Hurricane 3 Neo 39 degree (2 Layer of Haifu nat white) and a BlueGrip J3 (1 very thin layer).

The blade shares construction of a viscaria while having a bit thinner top ply. This blade seems to also have a fishscale. The handle is pretty large and fits my hands so well.
I’m so happy to had the opportunity to grab this blade, as I spend time in Paris while olympics.

Glued on a sheet of Dianchi D Pro today. It's the first "feels like boosted H3" rubber I've tried that isn't completely false advertising. It really could be a replacement in a lot of ways. Granted I've only used it for a couple hours, will need to see what I think after 100, and how it holds up in general.

Have you tried Donic C2? like a boosted BS H3?

I really liked Dianchi D, and I agree it's the closest sensation I've had to H3 that wasn't H3. Mine was a lot more sticky but also more bouncy

I might have *tried* it at some point, but I couldn't tell you how it performs. Generally ESN stuff is farther than other Chinese brands IME.

Mine is less tacky than commercial and provincial H3, and also slightly more bouncy. It might be slightly less grippy as well but I couldn't tell you for sure, but to the finger it feels slicker.

In practice it's hard to tell though, if you can't use H3 then you won't be able to use Dianchi D, apart from that blocking is slightly easier with it, and it does come quite strongly tuned.

Not the sexiest (although it depends who you ask), but I got a pair of shorts. The very lowest of shots are not ideal in long pants, and mine are Finland-spec, so incredibly hot for this climate. I'd wanted to make the change for a while but couldn't be fucked to find suitable ones.

I don't think it will improve my performance per-se, but it's probably better than buying yet another rubber. :p

Purchased out of need: LI-NING APTM003-1.

These are really light, their size scale is exactly what they say (26,5cm is 26,5cm really).

My mizuno wave drive 8s got stolen (oh well, bless the thief! I hope they serve well) and I needed to buy something. These are 2 times cheaper, just by looking and feeling the quality is allright, but they seem to be less durable than Mizuno.

WTF. Shoe stealing? Must be a fetishist. You can hardly turn up the next week wearing them.

I got my duo of @SDC blades in and put them to the first test yesterday. It's amazing how everything just feels so well done, from the handles, the chamfered wings, the excellent ply glue-up judging by the gigantic sweet spot and uniform sound distribution, and the beautiful looks of course.

This is sort of a love child of a VKMO and a FZD ALC, which are respectively my favourite looking and favourite playing blades. There's a "Blue-Stuff" version and an Innegra-Carbon one, in order to find the combination that would be toned down enough for me to handle it with confidence. So far I'm leaning heavily towards the "ALC" one, but I can see the merit in the slightly slower, softer I-C.
