Similar conclusion by CY. G1 was key and she didn't have a good grasp of Sato's rhythm. Getting G1 after trailing helped the next 3 games. Every point was actually very tough even though the match score looked lopsided. There were many long rallies but she stuck to the game plan of playing out the point.

KM said MLin and YZY have given her specific pointers against Harimoto. Though she made some errors and at times lost control, she remained firm and played well most of the time. For G1 and G5, she lost a slew of points a little quick and played safe on some points, giving Harimoto too much room, especially on receive, but she took notice in time and YZY kept reminding her, making the necessary changes later on.

陈熠：我觉得今天这场比赛我整体发挥得还是挺好的，其实最主要的争斗是在第一局，然后我觉得第一局在落后的情况下，包括其实上来，我觉得对于她整个削球节奏并不是特别的了解吧，今天第一局能赢下来之后，对于后面的234局会有一些帮助。虽然后面的比分看似可能差距比较大，但其实我觉得每一分都非常的煎熬吧。然后很多这种多板的回合，我也是比较坚定地执行这种赛前，坚定地打多板的这个战术，所以最后能赢。

问：说到了第一局，也跟我们说一下第一局当时遇到的困难，以及在后面三局是如何去克服这个困难的?
陈熠：我觉得主要还是在前三板上吧，因为第一局可能在接发球，包括自己的发抢端当中，处理的都不是很好吧，对于旋转的判断不是特别的充分。然后我觉得特别是在十比七领先之后，我觉得自己稍微有一些着急，很多可能不是特别好的机会球，我还是急于去下手了。

问：跟队友成功会师了，会怎么准备明天的比赛？
陈熠：我觉得我跟蒯曼也很久没有交手了吧，然后能够和她会师我已经很开心了。所以就是尽情享受比赛就行。

蒯曼：确实近期可能跟美和打的比较多吧，然后亚锦赛刚刚交手完，所以其实这一次，在赛前的时候马导和洋哥也是在各方面都给我做了一些针对性的一些提醒吧。然后今天可能在场上自己整个的发挥可能还是比较坚定吧，然后可能确实有些时候还是会犯一些错误吧，也一直在提醒自己，但在场上还是有一些控制不住吧，但是可能整体按照概率来说，可能打得好的时候还是会偏多一些吧。

问：今天也有被连续追分的情况，当时自己去是如何去调节这个情况呢？
蒯曼：确实也是第一局也领先吧，然后包括第五局也是7:1领先，然后打到8:9落后吧，可能中间还是连输的可能有些快。然后包括可能处理有一些保守吧，然后可能给她的空间特别大，特别是在接发球这一轮吧，其实后面还是能及时意识到，包括洋哥也在一直在提醒我吧，所以后面其实还是有一些改变嘛。

问：进入到半决赛了 现在整个人的状态以及会怎么准备后面的最后一天的赛程?
蒯曼?我觉得还是全力以赴去拼吧，不管是跟陈熠还是跟佐藤瞳吧，都是全力以赴去做好自己。

Hugo adjusted his placement and started playing to Vladi's wide forehand, and forced him into more short-short rallies where Hugo has better openings.

It was Vladi who could not adapt or find a way to produce points consistently. He won majority of points from sheer power and was not able to put Hugo outside his comfort zone.

For someone who said they like to be proven wrong, you sure are acting real butthurt about it.

Hugo is very smart and i agree with you. But i don't get why people think doing something while diving is hard. I dive myselfe and you can do pretty much anything like normal.

For me what was more impressive was Hugos performance on PongFinity in the quiz he knew a lot of stuff.

You make a good point it probably impresses people who don't dive vs people who do, the same way certain things may impress amateurs more than professionals.

Hashimoto is an MP chopper, Sato is an LP chopper. So Hashimoto has more variation options with the pips than Sato does even when it isn't obvious.

He really isn't - I still don't know what the point of your asking whether he had met an elite player before was or why you still think it is a reasonable thing to say that an elite player can be tactically clueless. You've been calling people who disagreed with you monday morning quarterbacks when the whole point has been that even I predicted Sidorenko would win, but I would never have said it was because Hugo is tactically clueless, you train your tactics everyday as a top player, there is absolutely no way you get to that level without knowing what you are supposed to do to win points and why it isn't working, the problem is that you sometimes live in your head and that is where the coach helps you. Whether you can deploy anything you come up with is about your technical limitations which is an entirely separate subject.
