I am a defender. Meaning I chop with my BH and keep the ball in play with my FH. Rarely chop with my FH and only attack when I am sure I will get the point. I am a defender.

For the weekend there was 11 teams in our division. Now those of you who are not familiar with team tourneys. Matches? We went 9-1 for 2nd place. Games? We went 47 wins and 11 losses. 3 men/women play the best of 9 matches. Now thats a lot of ping pong for $370 a team!

I'm going to the Teams Tourney in Columbus. Two hour drive time vs. eight hours. Jolla event cost about $800 per team where the Butterfly is $370 a team.

If you get nervous that means you are not comfortable/confident with your game. And that will become very clear when you are in the 5th game.

I have used both. It depends on what you want from your LP. If all you do is chop? P1r is very hard to beat. If you like to throw in a surprise attack once in awhile stick with the D.tecs. But understand this. If you attack too often with the D.tecs your opponent will get a better understanding...
