OUR CONSOLIDATED OPINION
--- ITTF M9 updated instructions gonna to overwork an umpire to death. ☹
ITTF did now engaged a German engineer as a chief curator of the racket control matters. It looks like the guy has but only a poor awereness of how players would handle the playing materials in a competition, etc.
So, we came out with an additive provision to the M9 Chapter Compensation so as to better clarify the question of possible remuneration if the player's racket has to be disintegrated in a competition for a final examination.
It is when, and only when the racket or rubber passes the final racket inspection without fail, it makes a proper case for a player to call for a monetary compensation. On the contrary, that the racket / rubber fails in the final inspection, no compensation should be afforded.
