Congratulations on your progress! I think you can make another big step if you can work on your posture during the FH loop. You end up like you're sitting on a chair, your upper body is upright and your knees are almost 90 degrees bent.
It's hard to transfer power and forward momentum into the ball that way, and it makes your recovery slower.
Ask your coach about it, I'm sure you have one. They will be able to get you to distribute your weight more forward so you can really brace your power against the floor and put it into the ball.
