I am totally fine by being called out.
The Problem I have is, at the biggest WTT Ittf, stages they can have all the equipment to check for illegal serves. But when the magnitude of the Event gets lower, Feeder or wtt contender, they don´t have that. They even have issues at contender with TTR right now. If they can make sure it works at every LVL i am 100% down with it, but right now I can´t imagine it working as it should be.

That's why the rules are written in a way to put the onus of avoiding grey areas on the player and the umpire has the latitude to make calls. Since umpires don't exercise that latitude and players are not motivated to change unless they are penalized (and being penalized unfortunately also hurts the match flow and the entertainment quality off the match), we are stuck with the status quo.
