I think the Joola Magic balls are very good to play with. They are light, but if you don't have to play with a given ball during league/competitions I think they are a very good option.

We use these too for training. More than good enough for club play IMO.

I have bought these Huieson balls year ago for robot training. They seem decent enough, at least got shoot properly by the simple joola V300 robot (what is not always the case for crappy balls). Afer time I see the only thing is their color is less white and little yellow now even they stored in closed box. I store them with some other Joola blue logo balls from amazon which keep their color.

Really like the DHS RS40+. I buy them on Alliexpres (I just ordered another 2x6 today), the price is about 21 EUR. In Lithuania it would have cost me +- 30 EUR.

We play with nattaku premium 3 stars in matches. I would want a trainingsball as close to it as possible. Otherwise why would I train with different balls that jump different and then get cucked in matches?

If you play tournaments in different clubs will have to use different balls anyway. Or all clubs in your area use Nittaku balls?

Many clubs use nittakku premium 3 stars for league games now. But I train 99% with differenr balls like nattaku 0 star and joola different logo colors(green,violet etc) i think there are some andro mixed in there aswell. 😂

I dont think it's a big problem. You can adjust to different ball and table during warmup before tournaments.

On our amateur level, we don't feel the difference. And we had even some of our guests wondering, that we are training with 3star balls. So they also didn't notice the difference in pre match practice.
I'm really convinced and 12 EUR for 100balls including shipment is an investment that is worth a try, don't you think.

I mean I had the same issue when I played without the robot, so I do not think that is the fault of the robot

i absolutely disagree in terms of the literal meaning of "to break = to crack, to break into pieces". Huieson balls. i'll talk about them in the pongbot thread: tl;dr Huieson balls are terrible balls per se, because yes they get way too easily perma-dented (as shown in Haito's photo), i.e. they are NOT hard balls ... but this feature is actually an incredible advantage in pongbots: Huieson balls doht crack in pongbots, nor do they get dented in pongbots.

the other alix balls, weixiun, are terrible though in pongbots. they doht get dented (because they ARE hard balls) but actually crack, i.e. break in pongbots. and more. i'll talk more about them in the pongbot thread soon, watch out!

Wild. Its common for me to run maybe 25 huieson ball through the robot, hit for 60- 90 minutes and crack one. In fact, at 90 minutes its almost a certainly. I started with a hundred and am now down to about 25 and have never dented one, just cracks. Sometimes they crack from hitting another ball bouncing around the table, sometimes from hiting the robot (center piece) itself, other times just from hitting flat or smashing. Are there more than one style of these balls?
