  1. What blade would you recommend for someone stepping down from carbon?

For me it was almost unbearable. The only handle that I hated more was the acoustic one. That said, the flex feeling the korbel had with h3n on the fh was unmatched.
  2. What blade would you recommend for someone stepping down from carbon?

I think I kinda like the speed of the stratus power. I remember that I got to try one with 2 t05fx and it was a breeze even though I was using hurricane at the time. I may endup getting that one (if the handle stayed clean it would be a no brainer with that design)
  3. What blade would you recommend for someone stepping down from carbon?

gonna take a look at the Latika, but the other ones have a pretty good price here. If I decide to spend more, I may get the new acoustic version.
  4. What blade would you recommend for someone stepping down from carbon?

The clipper could be a good option actually, but after trying an 5-ply from joola, I think the clipper may be too fast for me
  5. What blade would you recommend for someone stepping down from carbon?

Got a joola classic all to try this week, it's exactly what you've said. Even though the blade is definitely slower, I feel more confident to use more power. I don't really know if I want the korbel only because the handle is kinda thin for me... that said it's also expensive here in Brazil...
  6. What blade would you recommend for someone stepping down from carbon?

I had a YEO two years ago and got to try one recently, it's just too hard for me, I can't feel much of the flex feeling that I like.
  7. What blade would you recommend for someone stepping down from carbon?

I remember liking the flex feeling and the loud noise while using chinese rubbers like the h3n with the korbel. Do you think I'll have a similar experience with the infinity?
  8. What blade would you recommend for someone stepping down from carbon?

Can you compare with the korbel?
  9. What blade would you recommend for someone stepping down from carbon?

I'll take a look later, what yinhe and sanwei blades do you also recommend? Is the Stiga Offensive Classic faster than the korbel? It at least seems to have less flex
  10. What blade would you recommend for someone stepping down from carbon?

I actually had one when I started playing! But sadly it felt too hard.
  11. What blade would you recommend for someone stepping down from carbon?

Well, after practicing for the last year with my current coach, we've decided that the best option for me was slowing down the blade while maintaining my rubbers (k3 and c55). After some discussion, we agreed that both 5 and 7-ply blades would be better than my current Hayata H2, but I fear the...
  12. Hybrid recommendations

I actually don't mind the difference, I really liked the feeling of the hybrid rubbers so I thought maybe I should change a bit more and get something more towards the euro style of rubbers. The two rubbers that I've tried recently and really like with just a few caveats where the omega vii tour...
  13. Hybrid recommendations

Luckly my coach told me to keep my old rubber just in case. I asked the inspection to check my blade on the day before my game. As soon as they told me it was over the permitted thickness I rushed to glue the older one.
  14. Hybrid recommendations

Well, I'm not frustrated with the h3n being hard to play. Actually it's my favorite rubber and I really love it. The main problem is that, two days ago, I had to swap rubber during a championship because my h3 did not pass in the thickness test due to the booster+glue. I even applied less oil...
  15. Hybrid recommendations

Totally agree. I'm aware that the solution will come with time and a lot of practice, but we have to agree that the hurricane 3 need more effort and technique to get a higher quality ball, specially when you are out of position.
  16. Hybrid recommendations

I've tried the d05 on the forehand and the initial was fine for everything except looping an backspin 3rd ball, but I assume that's because I'm quite used to the h3n. That said, I think the faster initial speed would be great for me.
  17. Hybrid recommendations

What about the speed when exerting less power? Also do you know how it compares with the c53?
  18. Hybrid recommendations

I've heard a lot of praises about the c55, but the price is kinda prohibitive here where I live (about $93).
  19. Hybrid recommendations

What's your opinion about the durability? Do you have recommendations that I've left outside the list? For example, I just remembered about the Xiom's new C55

Hello there, I've been using the h3n boosted for quite some time and it's my favorite rubber, but the boosting part is quite a harssle. Having to boosting from x to x months/weeks it's fine and I quite enjoy the process, but I've my FH rubber rejected by the inspection recently and had to use a...
