I impact both hard and smooth. I use it both for backhand and forehand. I am more prominent fh player and more on the aggressive side. However, I also like smooth loops close to the table that dive fast - this is also possible depending on technique.

stiga dna platinum S works really well not only close to the table. Very godd control and speed. Grippy not tacky. Great for looping as for flat hits and smashing.

Another good choice would be Donic Persson Powerplay. Both DPP as well as Fack W7 has larger sweet spot. Don't forget how the handle fits you.
