Doesn't sound right to me - on all of my DHS blades (Including two 968) the manufacturing date matches on both blade and box. Weights I have had vary by up to 2g.

I think this is one person's view - making large scale statements like this without proof (which I certainly haven't seen) is not helpful in my opinion.

Good to hear - I am pleased. Maybe dont be too quick to sell that Q968 though as I am back to using mine as my main blade. Regardless how good the golden vis is, I still find that the 968 is more controlled and easier to play with.

Mine is 91.6g and 1488hz which is fairly similar to my three other Viscaria's although it feels much more flexible / softer than that when playing than any of them.
